Mr.T.R.Jain is the founder of T.R.Group of Companies. He started his career in 1974 as a small Banker. Due to Emergency Period in 1975 he closed down the business and in 1976 he started the business of Fancy Materials. In 1978 again re-started  the Banking business and in 1988 opened an Office for providing Loan facilities to different sectors.

Afterwords he mainly concentrated on providing loan to vehicles. In 1994 he joined with EVER TRUST FINANCE INDIA LTD and held the position in the Company as a DIRECTOR. 

In 1993 he converted the status of the entity as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of “RAKESH TRADE CREDITS PRIVATE LIMITED” and later changed the status to “PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY” and renamed the Company as “Rakesh Credits Ltd.”

Mr. Vinod Kumar Jain has completed his Graduation in the field of Business Studies from Chennai. He have more than 20 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services and also he is equipped with 16 whole years of rich experience in Trading and Construction Industry. 

The rich experience in all sectors helped the group to attain diversified growth. What adds to his perfection in deliverables, is his uncompromised professionalism and his obvious inclination towards versatility

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jain T has completed his Graduation in the field of Business Administration from the United Kingdom (U.K), He is an accomplished executor who holds domestic and international experience in procurement of multi bath related products, its distribution and marketing.

He is a result oriented decisive leader with proven success in new market identification, strategic positioning and placement of products deriving productive results.

Mrs. Hemalatha V, has attained her Graduation in the field of Business Studies, from Chennai. Her qualities include detail-orientation, efficiency and professionalism. She has extensive experience in accounting systems and related nuances. She possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions

Mr. Sabu V Joseph is a humble and a well presented individual with more than 21 years of experience. He is highly efficient in leading teams, which speaks of his professional management skills. He also aims to be a great Manager in the future. He is well equipped in management aspects, be it Sales, Customer Service, Training, Employee Management, Visual Merchandising or Asset Protection.

As an inspirational leader he has the flexibility and willingness to get involved in the business operations, while striving to keep his team happy, motivated and productive. He is highly aware of the importance of maximizing the potential of a business through effective team working, and works towards gaining the maximum benefit out of the team’s efforts. 

Mr. Abdul Majeed is a Graduate. He has been associated with the Group for the last 24 years, providing his experience and expertise towards its growth. He handles the day’s financial activities and subsequently provides his insights to the top Management for future financial planning.

He analyzes the cost, pricing, variable contributions sales results and compares the Group’s actual with the established business goals. This in turn provides for the road map towards an efficient future.
